The following objectives have been agreed by Trustees, to take the Association forward in the current and forthcoming years. These will be reviewed annually and form the basis from which to monitor and measure success.
The objectives help to identify the two distinct types of work undertaken, namely Direct Delivery, whereby we provide services for young people and Infrastructure Support where we play a key role in helping others.
This dual approach to service delivery helps DYA to have the maximum impact to meet its mission of improving the quality of life for children and young people in Dorset.
