** Cool2Care - have been contracted by Dorset LA to provide a service to supply care workers/Personal Assistants to families with children and young people with disabilites.  They act as a matching agency and recruit, train and CRB check skilled PAs and place them with families who employ them direct, potentially using Direct Payments and Personalised Budgets, or through  their private independent budget.  The PAs provide short breaks or overnight care in the PA's own home.
