Tom Amery - Vice Chairman / Trustee Expand I have lived in Dorset for over 20 years with my wife & family and originally moved to the area due to my work in the Watercress Industry. I studied at Writtle agricultural college and prior to that was an early user of the YTS Vocational Scheme in 1991 after leaving school and gaining employment in horticulture. I have a keen interest in the fulfilment potential and opportunity provided to youngsters both in and out of school but also in those transitional years between leaving school and further education and full-time employment. My role in business has allowed me to gain invaluable experience on how youngsters can integrate into employment and succeed through vocational training and achieve and exceed in personal improvement and happiness.
